It introduces dormant bacteria that activate on contact with water, quickly colonising surfaces and forming natural biofilm. This supports better stability, improved water clarity, and stronger survival rates for young shrimp. Suitable for Caridina, Neocaridina, Sulawesi, and other ornamental shrimp setups.

BioStart helps stabilise ammonia and nitrite during cycling, strengthens microbial diversity, and encourages healthy digestion and molting through natural microflora. As the tank matures, keepers often see clearer water, increased grazing, richer colours, and more consistent growth in juvenile shrimp.

New Tank Cycling Method:

• Mix 1g per 10L in 0.5L dechlorinated water
• Stir gently for 30–60 seconds
• Pour evenly across the tank
• Keep lights off for 2–3 days
• Change 50% water weekly and re-dose 0.5–1g per 40–80L
