🛒 Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

💳 Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day service).

  • Live shrimp are only shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

🦐 Livestock Policy

  • We guarantee live arrival if delivery conditions are met.

  • You must provide clear photos within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for any refund or replacement on DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock.

  • We are not responsible for deaths caused by:

    • Poor tank conditions

    • Aggressive tank mates

    • Incorrect acclimation

    • Missed deliveries

📄 Returns

  • Live animals are non-returnable.

  • Plants and non-livestock products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is faulty.
