📦 Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• This is a next-working-day delivery service once dispatched.

• You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

🗓️ Dispatch Days

• Livestock is shipped Monday to Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.

• Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following week.

🧊 Livestock Packaging

• Shrimp are packed in secure breather bags, inside insulated boxes with heat/cool packs if needed.

• Every order is packed to survive transit safely.

🚚 Delivery & Missed Packages

• Someone must be available to receive the package.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Packages left outside

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• No international shipping at this time.
