We take great care to ensure all shrimp and plants arrive healthy and as described. Because we deal with live animals, our refund policy has specific conditions:
π¦ Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock.

If any shrimp arrive dead, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Send clear photos of the unopened bag and the affected shrimp inside β this is required for any claim.
π¦ Shipping & Delays

We only ship on agreed-upon days using tracked, next-day delivery services to avoid delays.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
πΏ Plants & Dry Goods

Plants and non-livestock items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
β οΈ Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not offered if the shrimp are introduced into an unstable tank, or if claim conditions (photo + 1 hour) arenβt met.

No refunds on deaths caused by tank conditions, incorrect acclimation, or aggressive tank mates.
